Im thinking of renting a home, and wondered if anyone here has had dealings with mw properties.

Are they responsive to repairs? Decent to work with?
If you rent a house, is it normal that you have to do the yard work? (I've only rented apartments)

Any insights are appreciated,
GF

I've never heard of MW, but I rent my house and I have to do my own yard work. And I have to pay for all repairs, which sucks!

Thanks Veve.
Maybe I should as a wider question.

Has someone had a positive experience working with a property management company in Charlotte that they would recommend? I am not interested in a apartment or town home at this time.

TIA,
GF

I would find another landlord....I'm pretty sure that's against the law. Owners are required to keep the place livable for tenants. The yard work may be something you worked out and that's fine. But repairs are the landlord's responsibility.
