Where should I take my Miata - I think I am having problems w/ the hydraulic lash adjusters. Miata buds say - take to dealership.

Even so - what dealership would you Miata owners recommend?

I am in S. CLT but willing to go as far N as Mooresville or S to Ft. Mill, E to Monroe.

Any advice is appreciated.

Hi Ani,

I don't have a Miata, but I do drive a Mazda. Since moving to Charlotte, I've been taking my car to Montgomery Mazda on Independence. Granted, I've only been there for basic maintenance (no major repairs), but I have always been treated with courtesy and respect. That goes a long way in my book!

Here's their Web site: Montgomery Mazda | Charlotte - Rock Hills - Concord - Gastonia | New - Used - Preowned Mazda Dealership | North Carolina (http://www.montgomerymazda.com/pages/page.cfm?pageid=141235&pagetype=30&featureid=-1 - broken link)

Hope this helps!

Hey, CTribucher!!! I agree - that is good enuff for me. I feel I really need to take the car to a certified Mazda dealer. This is a problem that is not unheard of for Miatas. I really want someone taking care of this who has handled it before.

Yes, having people treat you w/ some respect means a WHOLE lot.

Thank you!
