Hello... when we move down we plan on keeping BBT, and have been told that all we need to do is just get new checks and? register at the local BBT. I am pleased with BBT here, are you pleased with your local BBT? Also, are there BBT in Union? TIA

I've never used BB&T. I bank with Wachovia and First Charter. BB&T has plenty of branches in VA and NC. There are even ATM "kiosks" in NC. If you already bank with them, I don't think the service will change one way or another. All you would be doing is an address change, the account numbers would remain the same.

Default I'm with BBT

BB&T has a lot of branches in Union....The ones I know of are Indian Trail, Waxhaw, Monroe (by Monroe Mall) and Monroe by Taco Bell and a few ATM's around the area....If you're coming from out of state you may have to tell them so because as of this moment their computers are not "linked" or something....so it takes an extra 30 seconds of keystrokes to find accounts opened out of state. They say they are working on this, although it's really not a big deal!!
