Hey all!

I am on a search for the least expensive place to purchase tiles for a kitchen backsplash and possible flooring.. HomeDepot looks okay thus far, but Im thinking there has GOT to be some kind of discount tile stores in the area...

I just bought all my tile for our tile projects at Lowes. Be sure your tile is good quality though. If it's too thin it will crack easily. Tony's Carpet in Midland has tile but I don't think it's inexpensive.

What kind of tiles are you looking for? For the cheap-type ceramic tiles, Home Depot seems to be the best bet. For more high-end materials I've found the best bet is to order online. Not sure if the Home Depot Design Center is still around (it may have closed), but we found really nice tiles from Solistone there and then found them online for 40% off.

The Tile Shop seemed to have some good deals on granite tile.
