I went last night and it was lots of fun. Good music and drinks but pricey (I think the beer was $4 or $5). They also had wine and mixed drinks. Slightly older and 'southparky' crowd. Yet another reason why I love living in Southpark:

Piedmont Town Center at Five

Nice. It is nice to have an alternative to Uptown for the S. Charlotte folks.

Thanks for the info on this. I'd heard about this during the golf tournament. I hear they have huge crowds. But where is it exactly? Is it the place where Delfriscos and the Oceanaire are located? And if so, where exactly do they hold the after five event?

Yes, you are correct. On Piedmont Row. Apparently they have it on the street out front. My DH works for Piedmont and he says it is a hassle to get out of the building on Alive After 5 days, but me thinks he is just distracted by the view, for he always describes the attractive young things working the event.
