Please be aware that the "salary" quoted is not a guaranteed salary, but salary plus commission. From what I can tell, the hours are long, the work is stressful, and their are no guarantees. I am attaching their compensation agreement that I found on the web. You might also research on Google about what their prospective customers think. Just a heads up for Ya'll.https://www.naca.com/job/nrcp.pdf

Thanks for the input Belmarin but I believe these jobs are for Housing Counselors, not Mortgage Lenders. The counselors wouldn't be paid on commission. They are there to assist the applicant with applying for loan modifications. I may be wrong, but that's my impression.

Brian---another way to look at it. Buy a whole lot of houses. Make a whole lot of friends with the people that are going to get those jobs. Then practice "one hand washes the other" and make a whole lot of money.
Capise??

Based on the topic of the post, I hope he's not a recruiter for NACA!

That was the worst sentence - in need of the most punctuation - that I have ever read in my entire life. DUDE: read up on periods. They can be a GOOD THING.

100 % on. I plan on devising a way to pick their pockets. I'm not ashamed to post that in a public forum as O wants to spread money around to ALL. Am I not part of the One World Society club??
