Dang. I would have missed this question on Jeopardy, LOL!! Yeah, have seen the movie several times but sure didn't recognize the scene.

one of the best scenes in movie history.. Ani I am disappointed. So um how is the hat inaccurate from the Cavalry in Vietnam?

Also the smell, can you be msore specifc, South Charlotte is a pretty big place.

Wulf, I completely missed the reference all the way around on this one, LOL. First off, I didn't recognize a 30 year old picture of Dennis Hopper, nor did I connect w/ the movie.

I thought it was just some random photo of a dude in a hat, and was referencing something about the Civil War, Hee Hee. But the hat is not accurate for a Union officer's hat during that period. SIGH. I am seriously off game today, it appears.

hmmm.. the smell .. I didn't notice it when I was out there last, but it was a whirlwind of a trip trying to find a house to buy. Since we bought in the area of the smell, I will now know the source.

I bet it is still a more pleasant smell than what I smell today though. Darn feed lots!

Well, if strong smells are an issue, there is always Zicam. I hear it will help you will sensitivity to strong smells...LOL

Aww man Ani, I don't mean to call you out..I know you know your stuff... but Dennis Hopper? Cry.. ok.. Sending Ani a copy of the directors cut of Apoc Now.. Not the Apoc Redux..

ROFL! Please do! I saw the movie in 1979 and found it terribly depressing. Tried to watch it again late one nite and again . . . just so depressing . . .
