This post appears to have gone down the memory hole. So here it is again, Clearly it concerns Charlotte and is posing a question. The attached article from CNN Money shows anticipated appreciation growth for the top 100 cities. Charlotte has an anticipated growth of 1.8% for 2007 it is 41 st in the ranking. The chart also shows a decline of -2.9% for the years from 1982 to 1983. DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT CAUSED THE DECLINE IN 1982-1983?

I don't know but I'll take the positive 1.8% over the -5.5 I just lost on my home in Phoenix.

Default going up or down Duke!

I thought DUKE was being positive for once! I even threw him some Positives Love his way! He did say going UP 1.8%. Sometimes we just need to care about our fellow posters! I bet if everyone started throwing him some positives, he/she won't kick that dog tonight!
