Hi Everyone,
I am looking for some help here! I have a 2 bed/ 2 bath 1400 sq. ft end unit town home near Southpark that I am looking to rent out. I am looking for 1200/month. It has hardwood floors, walk in closets, a private patio in the front, a patio in the back and it backs up to a wooded area. It is in Park Walk II, right off Park Rd, about 1/2 mile from Quail Corners. It is pet friendly as well There is also pool access and no yard work as it is already taken care of!! If you OR anyone you know may be interested, please let me know brittnie.shaw@gmail.com READY FOR MOVE IN AUGUST 1ST!

Thanks so much!!!

Your best bet is to hire a management company - let them find someone and prescreen them. The rent does seem high too.

We have been looking at places similar to that in the same area to rent and the rent is a few hundred lower for the same location and space. I agree go through a realtor or a management company and comp it out.

I was looking for a good apartment or townhome sometime ago.. apartment managements are doing great deals these days and I picked one up for an excellent deal.. the location is great.. am right behind southpark mall.. but my complain is I've never lived in such an old community and its taking time for me to get used to the fact that its old.. the appliances are new and the service is great.. but I am still getting the old feel..
2 weeks ago I was ready to get out of here and find a better newer place.. and I looked for 5 condos and all of them were 20/30 years old.. how old is your TH. if its not OLD then I'd recommend mentioning in the Ad how old it is and how new/old the stuff in it is.. being clear may attract someone.. goodluck.

Im probably way on the lower end of southpark pricing.. my rent is 600 a month for a 2bed/1 bath 900 sq ft duplex.. Im right behind fifth third and bank of america building on fairview near the mall.. only reason it was so cheap is because the property sat for awhile when it was priced at 800-900.. so the owner just wanted to get someone in it..

Hey again

We have dropped the price to 1100. We are having an open house on Saturday from 7-2 as well. The townhome was built in the late eighties. I just completed renovated both of the bathrooms, and they look great!!! The hard woods are pretty new, appliances are newer as well.

Please let me know if you know anyone who is interested.

Also!!! The neighbors are younger. There are a few older people in the area, but overall, young professional crowd.
