Yep - me again - another question....

In these new communities, there are many lots that face each other and little privacy in the back yard.

What is the feeling re: fences? or planting and landscaping so that there is a clear divide at the proterty line as well as giving the home some privacy?

anyone done this yet?

Thanks!

For the most part some sort of fence goes up. It really depends on the HOA.

I put a fence in my backyard, although mine is a black fence 5' high... it has the top and bottom rails with the pickets in between... nothing for privacy, more to keep the dog from running away...again...and again...oops, again...
