I just have one more comment on the original topic. If someone puts a fake accent on during an interview won't the interviewer just look at their resume and see their only jobs have been out of state.

The reason your logic is flawed is b/c: ppl that put on fake accents are not smart enough to think as intelligently as you.

We moved here from Florida because the housing is cheap, but don't worry, I'm trying to work my way up to NY where I belong. Charlotte is the south. If it wasn't then they wouldn't be so hostile against us "northerners." Also why complain about unemployement? If so many people weren't moving here there would be even less jobs. If you've been to uptown or anywhere else you'd realize how much buliding there is going on, still, that wouldn't be as possible if nobody was moving here. I don't understand why people here are so against "yankees." Never in my life did I hear this term used so much, even living in Florida for 12 years.
