I had someone ask me about recommendations on a lawncare company. This was for aeration, weed control, etc.
I like Top Turf.
But I thought about it later and thought I really should get recommendations from the forum and see what other companies are out there that could give my neighbor some estimates.
So . . . would you all mind giving some recommendations?
Plenty out there as you can see. I use Broome Lawn and Landscape out of Waxhaw. Local guy with a crew of 4 to 6 at most. Full service lawn and yard care. He has a Charlotte business address because much of his business in in the older sections of Charlotte, but all the crew and equipment is housed and serviced in Waxhaw.
(704) 365-1101 leave a message for Perry and tell him Cotton told you to ask for a discount on the first service.
I have no ties to this company other than I have used them several times a year for specific lawn care jobs, including landscaping/planting.
I really appreciate the info, Getatag. There are lots of services, but prices and what each one offers varies a lot.

Also, not everyone services the whole region and since we are getting recs - maybe this list will help other folks who are gonna need some lawn care assistance.

Lots of folks in our hood use Barretts in Indian Trail. He does a great job but I'm not sure what he charges. He also does our common areas. I'm cheap, so I cut my own.

Oh, I do hope you will share! It would be great if we got a really robust list going.
I do my own yard, however, several of my neighbors use LawnTec Yard Maintenence. Really nice guy, owner does all of the work himself, and he services most of South Charlotte and his "Home Base" is Waxhaw. From what I've seen the yards he maintains are always in great shape and much greener then other neighbor's yards.
These recommendations are giving us options - really appreciate the info.
