Townhome located in pretty area of South Charlotte, close to Providence Rd. Perfect for college student seeking free rent (utilities and wi-fi included). Private room and bath in exchange for 20-25 hours of help early mornings 2-3 days per week before school and 2-3 days per week after school. Every other weekend some help needed as well. Transportation required (will be reimbursed for mileage). Previous childcare experience required. References and background check required. Hoping to find a cool, big sister type to help and be part of our small family.
