They only take inbound calls and the only time outbound calls are made to customers is when explicit permission is given by the customer to do so. The company is something like a vendor (although they don't call it that) for products and services like DirecTV, Sears Home Improvement, Energy Group, and others.
I'm not sure why everyone seems to think this company has grown so much. Pretty much the same size since selling off REDF. These job fairs are publicity stunts to keep the company's name in the press. Last time they had a job fair, a news van showed up and they got on the local news that evening. As far as I can tell, it's a telemarketing company that provides leads and customers to their clients.
