entertainment book - section for use with the card (Charlotte: chapel, live)

can anyone tell me some of the restaurants in the section of the entertainment book that you have to use the card for? I moved here from another state and I have an entertainment card and would like to use some of it here in Charlotte.

I saw a few things on their website that I think are for the Card use but I am not sure if they are with the card or a coupon

I have the Charlotte Entertainment . Not sure if you can use the card from other state or not. But some of the restaurants that uses the card are

There was not that many choses of restaurant for the card.
