I guess I had one other occurence about 10 years ago when I lived in Carolina Beach. After a hurricane, we had a few shingles blown off the roof of the duplex I was renting. I had the day off and was watching TV. All of a sudden the cable went out, as the roofers cut it purposely. I went outside to ask them what was going on, and the foreman said "what do you care, you should be at work, what are you doing at home watching tv?". And said it very rudely. I called the cable company, they came out later that day and fixed it. They said that they were supposed to tell all tenants if something like that was going to happen, and they clearly didn't. Oh well...they got their's later. They left a number of tools on the roof, which I still have to this day.
