thanks to all for your recommendations....whats the story bout Sun City? on a wednesday night is that good or better than ballantyne?
Ah, I'm sorry Coolmo, I was teasing about Sun City. I should have used a smilie ...

In defense of Sun City, the residents are a wide range of ages (I've heard the minimum age now is 50) and I've actually met some attractive younger women who live there. Not sure if they're cougars though.

Anyway, have fun in Ballantyne. I've been to the Village Bistro often with my husband and friends on Wed. nights. There's usually a large crowd (mixed ages) and a decent band. Hope it works out for you.

I almost got really excited and said "Wow, you have a Steelers bar?!? That's cool where is it?" Then I got it If there's anything here I will miss, it's my Steelers.

Excellent point I do not appreciate it when the guy gets all of the blame. For example, someone pointed out that it was discusting for a 40+ year old guy to date a girl in her 20s. My question is, why is it discusting that the guy does it? I think the girl is the sicko if anyone is. Hell, if my wife ever left me (hypothetically speaking), I sure wouldn't be seen with a woman my age. People my age would have to hide their daughters who might also be getting too old.

Now, what would be hilarious would be for all the CD women of "cougarish" age, even the happily married ones, to have a meetup (or "prowl") every Wednesday night in September at BV, looking for our guy to buy them drinks just so we can let our buddy see firsthand that Charlotte's a welcoming place! It's the hospitable thing to do!

Ooooh, you're my new favorite person! I was looking at some houses in Fort Mill too. That might just sway me in that direction! LOL
