Some good places uptown, not sure about south Charlotte. Hickory Tavern on Carmel perhaps?

Picasso's and Whisky River are both listed as Redskins bars in Charlotte at the link below. Couldn't find any others specific to South Charlotte though. Although, if you scroll down to South Carolina you'll see a bar in Rock Hill listed as well.
