Can anyone tell me about Melrose Place Townhomes off of Margaret Wallace Rd. My 18 year old daughter is thinking about renting in there while she attends collage. Me being the typical Dad and not living close by I am concerned. If anyone can please tell me about the area or the community it self I would appreciate it greatly. I was told that it is located in East Charlotte and East Charlotte is not a very good place to live.
Please any information bad or good
