My wife and I closed this week on a new home in the Colton Ridge neighborhood in Indian Trail. We moved from a 1700 sq/ft home in the Rea Road/Arboretum area, where we had lived for 10 years. We moved in yesterday, but have weeks (months?) of unpacking to do.

We had originally intended to build a home in Bonterra (also in Indian trail), but there were several ongoing issues with the community that prompted up to keep looking. My Realtor found this home which is two years old, and had all of the options we wanted in a home. It's 3042 sq/ft with 4 bedrooms, a media room, a loft, and 3.5 baths. The master bedroom in downstairs. It's on a corner lot and a cul-de-sac.

Anyway, I just wanted to show off my new place. Here are some pics:

The house we put a bid on which wasnt accepted was in Colton Ridge. I really liked that community and will definitely look back in there when we finally move.

I absolutely loved that house, we looked at that one last fall before buying the one we have. If I would have known then what I know now, I would have went for it. But with two active boys and a hyper german shepherd, that backyard just didn't work. But that house is gorgeous, congrats.
