Hello there,Are there any production builders still doing this?
Do you know of a home builder who does not charge like 1 million for a home?
Dr. Horton used to do build in people's lot and then stopped a few years back. Biltmore Homes is a semi-costum builder(like a MIHomes ) who builds in a planned community as well in flocks own land. However they only build in the Triangle-Area.

We had a builder build our home on our lot... granted our builder is not a "cookie cutter" style builder, it was a custom home.

There are many builders out there that will build on your lot. It's just a matter of finding one you can work with and feel comfortable.

I know Turnberry Homes will build on your lot if it is within a reasonable distance to where they are currently building.
