OMG really? Probably out of control kids in the neighborhood. That is not a good start. What subdivision are you in?

Sorry that happened OP.

Hate to tell you, but that happens everywhere. More common are appliances stolen out of newly constructed homes prior to the buyer taking occupancy. Count yourself licky, you only have broken windows. A vacant house recently purchased and under remodeling was burned down last night in Myers Park on Sharon Rd. Can't get much better than that as far as neighborhoods, either.

I was just kidding about the tv part. But usually my subdvision is quiet the problem is there are new houses being built at the end of the cul de sac so no one is around to check on anything at night.

Most builders will not put in the appliances until day of closing.

My neighbors over at Centennial have had their appliances in for over a week now and they haven't closed yet. They are still working over there. Whenever I go to look at my house I look in their window and see what's happening. They have excellent taste, the kitchen is fantastic!! The floors to die for...$$$

I saw your lot and it's really nice. That's a great street.

I am surprised they don't have more security at these subdivisions. I live in a new build subdivision and I see trucks of Mexicans (no offense, they are Mexicans I've seen them myself!) loading things ON to their trucks from house work sites at night. I'm not sure if it's the same people who work there during the day coming back at night to rob their employers, or if it's a whole different group of them that go around to worksites stealing building supplies. But you would think the builders would wise up and hire someone to patrol these places at night to prevent theft.

I was reading online yesterday about vandalism in Brandon Oaks. I guess someone spray painted racist words on the inside of someone's house under construction. I think it's probably teens, but whomever it is needs to get a life! Maybe if more teens had jobs and had to work to help put food on the table, these things wouldn't happen LOL.

We had out oven stolen out of our previous home in Monteith Park a few days prior to closing. The site supervisor wasn't surprised. She said they're used to it and consider it a cost of doing business. She said she was surprised they didn't take the brushed nickel cabinet pulls too.
