Some OB offices have them in limited supply. Mine doesn't though. Pg women are supposed to be in the "top" risk group

Someone said yesterday on another thread about this that they'd just gotten one at a Harris Teeter pharmacy. I've noticed that even the CVSs, Walgreens etc that have had them advertised no longer do.

This whole thing is total HYPE.
I had H1N1 and it is the most mild flu ever.

I never get the flu shot and the last time I had the flu was 1988.

The 'flu shot' or 'flu mist' is only the best guess of the annual strain.
You are better off to have someone with the flu sneeze in your face - that is essentially the 'flu mist'.

Have a close friend that is a Doc? Ask them if they take the flu shot - probably not.

Walgreens is suppose to be a carrier in our area for a bulk of the needles but not expected till first of Nov. Try calling them around Nov 1. I know some CVS's had them and some may still. Some Wells employees went to one near Concord today and waited an hour but got it. I heard the CVS in Monroe had them as well. Try this link for them Need treatments & list of costs | No appointments | Open 7 days | Insurance accepted | MinuteClinic you can look for locations that are CVS that are updated at night for the needle.

HTH.

CVS in Ballantyne had them yesterday. The kids got their H1N1 shots yesterday. I would check early that day by calling the Minute clinic and if they have it, come in right away and get your name in. There was about an hour wait (we went home and came back). They take insurance.
