Seems like the owners left and someone new is taking over. I have never been there so won't have anything to compare it to but the new owner says he is going to do things the "right" way.
The new owner is George. His family ran some good diners and Deli's in New Jersey.
He cares about the customer and will speak to you when you go in. He makes sure the glasses are filled and people are waited on. Stop in and say Hi. He is adding to the menu based on customer recommendations. Give him a chance.
oh good as dh has wanted to go however I kept insisting NO because I couldnt stand the owners and the meat was fatty and well the service was terrible and the prices were high..HOWEVER I think we will give it try with a new owner...

Prices are high. Food quality is so-so. Better deli's in Charlotte. Don't really care if my water glass is filled.

Have you checked it out since the previous owners left? Cause if the prices are still high and quality is -meeeehhh - then I don't care about stopping in.
Anyone checked out the new owners? Give us a review!!!!
Melissa - it is in the Fountains Plaza at the corner of Ardrey Kell and Tom Short - one major intersection east of Blakeney.
