Hello,
I am looking for a warehouse that may be rundown or even possibly maintained that will be appropriate for a photoshoot. I plan to bring a model to the site and photograph a trash-the-dress-session. The reason I am inquiring is to see if anyone on here would know of a location owned by a person who would be accommodating to just have some photographs taken of the model with the warehouse and surrounding environment as is and unaltered. We would not interfere, or mess with anything in or on the property. Just really set up some poses and use everything as a background.
I appreciate any comments for helping me find a location!
Thanks!

Would you consider this type of space in Historic Downtown Salisbury. IMO it would be a better backdrop than anything you could find in Charlotte for what you are looking for.

Probably the most infamous place like this in this area is the abandoned time share condo tower, ~22 stories, at the former PTL site that was run by Jim and Tammy Bakker in the 1980s. The tower was never finished and has sat there since 1987 or so abandoned.

The Gay & Lesbian Center hosted a ghost hunt in the abandoned mill around their center, in the NC Music Factory downtown. *That* is an awesome location! I don't know if they have access to the mill full-time, or if it was just for that special occasion - their number's at that link.
