Miss Donna's School Of Dancing
Anyone with kids use this place? It's near where we'll be moving, and they have several other locations, I think one was in Harrisburg where we were looking. The website lists 4 locations. I know I can just find a dance studio by googling or Yellow pages, but I would like any personal opinions if you've got them. We're moving to Indian Trail, so if you know a good recreational dance studio my 8 yr old will really appreciate it! She's done dance for 5 yrs (recital was yesterday --LOOOOOOOONG) and she's anxious to start again.

I don't know a lot about studios in that area. I've seen Miss Donna's at a few competitions. I know they have a great reputation in the "dance world". I'm not sure about their recreational program but their competition teams has been nationally recognized by Dance Spirit magazine; Voting it one of the top 50 studios in the US.

Weir Dancin' is great as well. Their students seem very nice.

Some other good studios in the area:
Rhythm
Steps n motion

I'm sure there are others!

My 11 year old just completed her 1st year @ Carolina Dance Company. There in Monroe. We live in Waxhaw and they have a studio here, but the Competion team reheased and had classes in Monroe. She fit in great with the school and didn't miss a beat from where she left off in Florida last year...
