Hello,

Husband is getting a job in South Charlotte. I am curious about Kings Mountain and if it's long of a drive to South Charlotte during rush hour. He doesn't mind 45 minutes at most, would this be unrealistic? Also just any opinions on King's Mountain would be great too. Thanks.

45 minutes may be unrealistic. I guess it depends on where in south charlotte he will be working. Kings Mountain straddles Cleveland and Gaston counties. It's about 34 miles from uptown charlotte.

You may want to check the list of "100 least safe US cities" on city data. Never quite sure how meaningful these are.
