I'm a fan of soccer, but none of either teams is my favorite. But regardless of my favoritism, or lack of it, it is awesome that this kind of sports is coming to Charlotte, it will be good for the local economy.

The rest of the article made it sound like this was the place to be. I couldn't attend cause of a business trip out of Charlotte but am interested in any first hand accounts.

The level of play was terrible, but the vibe in the stands was great! Very loud. I liked it.
