I knew they would as the DOT stated
Primary roads first then Secondary roads (neighborhood roads)
It just takes some patience that us local southerners have come
a custom to have patience it was the weekend most places where closed.
If you have an emergency you should plan for it
Maybe it because im an Eagle Scout is why I know to be prepared.
If you gotta go somewhere prepare for it have your car stocked in
case you in a situation where you are trap, Blankets, flashlights, water, and some Lance crackers
(see this thread why im behind this company}
Merry Christmas from Lance in Charlotte

I not only seen the scrape & salt truck on this secondary road but five times in two hours. Only reason I know this is because
Indigo dont know what that scraping sound is.

For those who just moved i'm sorry we didnt remove snow & ice fast
enough for you. IT WAS THE WEEKEND!
was something so important to you that it needed to be done.
If you had to work take a sick day or hotel near your place of work.

Do you really want the cost of living to go up
Do you really want the land of Milk & honey to go to
Sour milk & elephant pee.
For a once in a blue moon snow & ice occurrence.

I dont think any of us has spent enough time with friends & family enough.
This weekend was perfect for it.
Pookie (He such a hottie) was upset I didnt spend time with him but
I didnt want my mom to spend it alone plus she uses a propane heater to keep
her electric bill down and it to heavy for her to lift the propane.

Ive learn my Capricorn traits are shining as of now.
Determine, patient, and I cant to seem to hold a grudge.

Thank you SouthernBelleInUtah
let her know she appreciated

Valentine Message
One thing that makes Pookie & I relationship last for the past six years
is understanding what gets to each other & anytime we have a quarrel
is to let it go & learn from it & past is the past.

My moderating
I think I lost focus on what moderating is about so
im going to take this month off to regroup.
Return my focus into why they wanted me to moderate and that is
police posters to follow the TOS. THAT IS IT
if it not in the tos im sorry build some tough skin.

Far as sticky control im not doing it.
If you want a thread to appear on the top
post something useful and it will appear at the top.

Ill be back at the end of February.
If your complaining about all the negative threads then post something that you notice
that is going on
post something that is right or positive.

What made me feel good about city-data is that announcement at the top. Way To Go Administator I love City-Data!

Each of us may have our differences but we are here to fullfill
city-data goal

It is an oftentimes thankless job, Sunny. But we do appreciate how much effort it takes to keep us moving forward.

I am spending some time again on the other sections of the forum. Sometimes, I think we forget what terrific sections there are. My favorites include Home and Food and also - good stuff on Health and History. Politics will make my blood pressure go up, so better I stay in the Pets and Recipes sections.

LOL!! Oh dear. Bad syntax.

I'll bet there are some recipes FOR pets . . . and there might be some for wild game . . .

I have an old recipe for Possum Stew.

This could be a good thing to know . . .keep the family fed in hard times!!!!

I love the history forum! But Ani stay off the Rainbow Bridge in Pets. Always a good cry on that one.
