My brother is getting divorced and is selling his house (beautiful brand new house!). 3,000 square foot home with a morning and sunroom connected all along the back of the house! If interested, he is selling for $310K or best offer, and it is located at 2010 Currier Place, Indian Trail, NC 28079. His house is not on google or mapquest since the road is brand new. The neighbors are the best! Relocates from NYC, Fla., and NJ! Check it out!

Homes like these are a dime a dozen in subdivisions like Brandon Oaks today. There's so much inventory at various prices ranges between resells and new construction it rediculous. If you are a buyer w/no contingency its like you died and went to heaven.

The deck is nice, however the colors inside the home are not neutral which is not good. Also, carpeting throughout the house is a negative. Hardwood's would be nice.

Look at the history. Back in MAY it goes up for $310, now its listed for 299,900. The house was bought in April of '06 for $284K. He'd be lucky in today's market to get that. Fact of the matter is he will lose money anway once you factor front and back end closing costs.

(Also, if the realtor was smart, he'd list it for $300K so that people who are searching in the 300-350K range could see this house. At 299K they can't see this house)
