Well so they measured the fan today and it does fit thank goodness! I did let everyone know at the studio that I do think it is wrong not to mention to people that certain parts of their house will be 8 ft. not 9 ft.
I just can not believe how they handled it though..They all ran away and everyone is scared to talk to me or my realtor on the phone. What happened to being decent?
So final walk through is in two weeks my husband is flying down now to make sure everything else is okay. We settle June 27th. I can not wait for this all to be finished!
oh for the poster that asked it is two story and we are building in St. John;s.
Thats a good idea. How much of your house is finished that he will be able to look at. What do they have left.
We are just waiting on the carpet and one light fixture oh and this is weird. they put on the door and then they paint it? All I can say is that my husband is super picky so I can hardly imagine how it is going to go!
Oh no I think that is funny! I basically wrote that to my letter to Tammy and my realtor! I am pretty laid back even when I am pissed off...well I can laugh at anything whereas my husband can not (which is very annoying sometimes!) Anyaays, that is another topic.
Yes the homes are super affordable and it is a very quiet neighborhood..lots of kids though which is okay. We don't have kids yet. Yes it is a monroe address which I am not the happiest about but when and if Wesley chapel gets its own zip code (3-4 yrs.) ours will change to it. If you visit you will see that you are outside the monroe city limits.
