Trust me, it was a steal of a deal. Home would be worth 1.5 if it was not in NE Pa. But it is what it is and I am attempting to sell it for half that. market is just slow. Plus I am selling on my own lol. Need that extra capital to get a good home in Ballentine Country Club, Bridgehampton, etc. I jusdt want a glass of sweet tea on my small deck on a nice afternoon in late September. Maybe hit the various campuses to watch basketball games etc. The simple life! No need for much more. I might even purchase a Saturn as oppossed to a luxury car. I love how Larry David does it on Curb your Enthusiaum (sp).

What's the matter with you are you nuts 5000 sqft on a lake? That sounds really nice.

Hey Lincoln as my dh says " we did it to simplify our life" and honestly its an awesome change...WE always had big houses and drove mercedes however I would rather spend my money on other things.. and still have a beautiful house and have cash than just to pay the bills...and I love my nissan murano.. But You are so right!!!
Honestly? I need change and become bored after being in a place too long. I lived in NYC, Northern NJ, and now NE Pennsylvania. I currently work for myself so where I live has no bearing as long as therte is a local airport. Because I am involved in advertising, marketing, event planning, and concert producing, working out of the Charlotte area would be great. Plus, I am getting older and need that milder winter weather LOLOL.
need to adopt a younger fella? 5200sqft home on a lake... can I call you mom?
