Trust me, it was a steal of a deal. Home would be worth 1.5 if it was not in NE Pa. But it is what it is and I am attempting to sell it for half that. market is just slow. Plus I am selling on my own lol. Need that extra capital to get a good home in Ballentine Country Club, Bridgehampton, etc. I jusdt want a glass of sweet tea on my small deck on a nice afternoon in late September. Maybe hit the various campuses to watch basketball games etc. The simple life! No need for much more. I might even purchase a Saturn as oppossed to a luxury car. I love how Larry David does it on Curb your Enthusiaum (sp).

Hey Lincoln as my dh says " we did it to simplify our life" and honestly its an awesome change...WE always had big houses and drove mercedes however I would rather spend my money on other things.. and still have a beautiful house and have cash than just to pay the bills...and I love my nissan murano.. But You are so right!!!

I was thinking the same thing! If your barely making it. Downsize to say a 3500 square foot home! You won't have to walk quite as far to the bathroom
