Believe it or not thats my biggest fear. Prices will jump b4 I get my home. I already have one in mine. Just need to sell what I have first. I now live on a lake in a 5200 SF home with all the bells and whistles. I am giving it up for Charlotte Lifestyle.

Honestly? I need change and become bored after being in a place too long. I lived in NYC, Northern NJ, and now NE Pennsylvania. I currently work for myself so where I live has no bearing as long as therte is a local airport. Because I am involved in advertising, marketing, event planning, and concert producing, working out of the Charlotte area would be great. Plus, I am getting older and need that milder winter weather LOLOL.

I am not in position to hire anyone. Barely making it myself lolol. But I do hope you forward information to me because when I get commercials done for people I could always use a good producer. Who knows, we might do alot of projects together if we can get to Charlotte.

If you live on a lake in a 5200 square foot home you are NOT "barely making it". I know all things are relative, but come on now, lol!
