New Pub in Waxhaw (house, live, restaurant)

Are you talking about SouthSiders next to the fire station? If so, they aren't new. It used to be a deli, but they just turned half of the restaurant into a pub. Good place for lunch, but I haven't been since they started serving alcohol.

Yep - that's the place. Hadn't noticed it till it was lit up at night. Must give it a try.

Been there a couple of times.. Nice place.. I wouldn't go calling it a pub though. Maybe 8 tables with a small bar (6-8 bar stools).. They only serve beer, Guiness and Blue Moon on tap and a small selection of bottled beer. No booze..

One problem is no Fryer or oven.. There menu is more cold sandwich's and panini's. What they serve is damn good though. They really should of installed an oven when remodeling.

Owner is really nice guy and staff is great. Has great potential. They have been scheduling live music too.. I will definately go back..
