would anyone know if this is a low crime, good-school area?

Thanks!

I can't say that I've been to a bad starbucks (a couple of unfriendly ones in Maryland). I just love their business model. The product isn't coffee it's the coffee drinking experience. You go into a starbucks, it's a little escape from the day. Sip some coffee, relax a bit, something sweet. They just need to add some cool jazz and they'd top it off just right. The product is consistent across most starbucks I've been to.

I'll say this though, the best coffee I've had is cuban coffee in Miami where I grew up (a sip of that and you are wired for the day!!!)
