I know that this has been discussed before, but I'm looking for an inspector and I need some referals due to the fact I'm all the way in California.
We are building a KB Home in Berewick and any suggestions are helpful.
Also, at what point should we have or inspector in place?
I feel that since we are from out of town, we should have one at predrywall with us,so if someone can answer that for me that would be great.

Yes, he is definitely good at that. He is VERY thorough and professional, yet also very laid back. Real nice guy.

Inspector Paul is the best around, not just a licensed home inspector, but also a licensed general contractor, certified in mold, radon, and has won the Angie's List Super Service Award several years in a row. www.inspectorpaul.com
