I know that this has been discussed before, but I'm looking for an inspector and I need some referals due to the fact I'm all the way in California.
We are building a KB Home in Berewick and any suggestions are helpful.
Also, at what point should we have or inspector in place?
I feel that since we are from out of town, we should have one at predrywall with us,so if someone can answer that for me that would be great.

awesome groove! Thanks- he might be the one since we are having alot of prewire stuff done for surround sound, computers and etc.

Yes, he is definitely good at that. He is VERY thorough and professional, yet also very laid back. Real nice guy.
