Hello!

Can anyone recommend a good real estate school in Charlotte that offers the pre-licensing course?

Thank you in advance!

Happy 4th of July!

Superior School of Real Estate.....Bill Gallagher is hilarious! It's a tough course and his test is harder than the state test (IMO) but he makes it fun and interesting and his stories help you remember a lot of the info.

I don't think you can go wrong with either of the two mentioned - they are the best in the city.

Mingle is great for licensing. I took Mingle for my sales and JY Monk for Broker class. Mingle seems more in depth. The problem I had with Mingle was that my class got too caught up in "theoretical" (spelling?) situations, rather than focusing on learning the actual material.

Be careful if you start working in a study group. I elected not to get together with anyone in the class, and just study the material myself. I noticed the ones that studied in groups seemed to have to take the class again. I think it was a case of people who didn't understand the material, were studying/trying to teach other people in their group, and were telling them incorrect information.

With that said, the material is difficult, and was one of the hardest classes I've ever taken (and that includes college).

Good luck!
