Colville Road in Eastover-

Thats one rough hood, I would be careful there. Watch out for drive-by-wavings from soccer moms in their Mercedes SUVs

There are some campus apartments where they charge by room, which includes utilities; Check out Campus Edge, University Walk, and Campus connection. UNCC has a ton of on-campus apartments and suites, which include everything. Keep in mind these are student apartments, so it can get pretty loud at times. You may want to consider living on campus where there's an RA and quiet places on campus.

Hope that helps

I believe he meant the Colville Apartments right off campus at UNCC.

You won't find any apartment safe enough to live in for under $475. a month in Charlotte, and even that is cutting it awfully close (you really want to spend at least 575 - 650. to be in a good area) So, you need a roommate situation Have you checked out Craigs List for people looking for a roommate to share a place? I'd stay away from the apartments closest to campus, they tend to be magnets for criminals - students make easy targets and easy pickins'.

Always check review about apartments in Apartment Ratings - Apartments for Rent with Ratings and Reviews from Actual Renters All apartments around UNCC campus are not safe, and the situation will be even worse due to current economic crisis.
