Hi, I was wondering if there are any Hair Salons for sale in the Apex area. If so, are there many to choose from and what would be the typical price for one? Thanks.

No clue about what's available for sale, but I do know there are several Super Cuts/Hair cutters in the area. Might be tough to compete with if you were looking to set up a Mom and Pop type place.

We have super cuts here in NJ, all they do is haircuts. No perms, no colors, no nails. I wouldn't necessarily open a Mom And Pop type shop, something classy, not saying a Mom and Pop isn't classy, I actually have no idea until I see for myself. Maybe something with about 10 stations, waxing room, nail stations, maybe make-up applications, I'm thinking "Spa" feeling.

I've seen a hair salon in almost every corner of every street around Raleigh. The market must be saturated and everyone here must have beautiful nails and hairdos

Yeah they are on every corner here to. It's funny, with so many there are not that many people sporting a stylish look.
