Hi everyone! Two part question here....

I know someone who just built a beautiful home in the Waxhaw area. I visited once but I am interested in relocating there myself. I've been to areas like University(?) and its a little to 'city' for me. I would like to live in some of the more 'out of the way' areas if thats possible.

Also, I'm also looking to build a moderately priced townhouse in the next few months or so. Can you recommend a location that I should look into (maybe a place with college students or something near a business district). Does anyone have any experience with Portrait Builders?? I would like to build and keep it as a second residence.

Thanks for your help!

Portrait homes look very nice. My good friend came down to visit, and we looked at "HANOVER" in Fort Mill. It is on 521 south of Ballantyne Country Club. Very reasonably priced and close to many offices, etc..

Good Luck!
