Help with loose dental implant; looking for dental clinic in charlotte or surrounding areas (insurance)

I am in desperate need of a dental clinic; we have been financially limited for a long while now and have nothing left in savings and no insurance; a tooth implant has come loose and causing great pain willing to drive we are located in Charlotte,NC
