Well hello Cville. My wife and I just closed a deal on a B&B on route 33 in Greene county. I will be coming there in April 2013 to start it up. My wfe is coming later after school is out. I am also moving my daughter there who is 30 and will be looking for a job to ger her started. She has two small kids and lives right now on a low income but wants to work. Looking for apartements or townhouses that she can rent at a decent price without it being in a bad neighborhood. Can anyone help me here. She will not be coming also until the middle of june due to school for the kids.

Cville is cpensive. A one bedroom apartment in town rents for about 900. I suggest near by towns such as ruckesville, a stone throw from town and you get a lot more house or the money. Good luck
