Need Somebody Who Installs Plastic on Crawl Space Ground (Lake Monticello: live, floor)

We live at Lake Monticello (Palmyra) and have a crawl space that had plastic installed when we moved in 13 years ago. There were areas missed and the plastic has torn in places and we'd like to replace it since the humidity factor has been rising this year with all the wet rains we've had.

We've contacted a few businesses but they want to do the encapsulation process and we don't think it requires the "royal" treatment. We've not had any problems with standing water but are concerned about growth of mold and would like to prevent problems.

The job requires some expertise since the plastic will need to be taped together and also taped to the pillars and side walls. It's better as a two-man job to handle the plastic and taping. My husband could do it but he's 6'2" and the crawl space is only 32" high to the floor joists, so it's a crawl on hands and knees job. He's got more of his height from waist to head so he can't even sit up as most folks could.

Anybody out there know of somebody that does this kind of work? Would love to hear of some referrals to consider. Thanks!
