Hello. Is Charlottesville, Virginia a good place to live for a young college graduate making $24,000 to $26,000 annually without any assistance and/or does not qualify for any financial assistance? What is it like to live there? Can they financially survive in the area making $11.00 to $12.00 dollars per hour? Be honest.

Not an expert on this but a young single adult can probably be creative in terms of living arrangements to make this work...but it might involve roommates. Housing costs will be an issue but otherwise cost of living shouldn’t be too tough! I don’t know a whole lot about the market but hope others will chime in!
