Our daughter will be attending UVa for grad school in the Fall. I am looking for info on nice, good neighborhoods that would be good for grad student. Also wound like places/areas to avoid. She will have a roommate. Budget 2k or less for two bedrooms. Less would be better. Thank you.

I noticed a very modern apartment complex adjacent to the Costco... Looks a little safer than most of the student housingareas. I would guesstimate not cheap, but not outrageous.
