Does anyone know of a good Polish restaurant in the Chattanooga/Athens/Cleveland area. Also any source of real Polish sausage.

I have no clue on the Restaurant question. You might try Link Forty One - Artisan & Cured Meats - Chattanooga, TN

For the sausage the best place is Chicago or Atlanta. No Polish Resteraunt locally- We make it at home.

I don't think too many Polish people live here. I was able to get Publix to order and stock sauerkraut pierogis. They also sell them at Bi-Lo, but the are a different brand.

There are Poles living in Chattanooga- Not a huge number but we socialise with a group of about 20 or so. There are also old timers Polonia around.
