Just got this notice from my building's property manager. It's kindof a mini-farmer's market at Miller Plaza.
It's Back! Fridays Just Got a Whole Lot Fresher! River City Company is pleased to announce the 2012 season of Fresh on Fridays starts up on Friday, April 13th. No fresh veggies this week (I was hoping for maybe some greenhouse veggies, but I guess it's too early in the season even for that). Fresh flowers were available, though, plus a few other booths. Along with Southern Burger, Famous Nater's, Pure Soda, Monkey Town Donuts, and Taste of Argentina. I went southern hemisphere and wasn't disappointed. The choripan (argentine sausage) sandwich with chimichurri sauce served on what looked like a Neidlove's hotdog bun was so good I had to go back and get a couple of empanadas (the beef was fried and was excellent, the spinach was baked and not as good).
