What water & electric companies service Harrison area?? (Savannah: house, utilities)

Trying to find out what utility companies service Harrison out past the State Park... we are closing on a house next week and need to get the utilities set up. Seems like it would be easy to find out, but my realtor told me EPB for power and it is definitely NOT them (I called and they said they don't service that address).

I think that means power is Volunteer Electric? But not sure about water. My realtor told me it would be TN American water but I put the address in on their website and it says "no premises found". I'll probably call them next week to make sure but I wondered if there was a different water company I should be contacting instead so I don't waste my time.

Your water may be Eastside Utility District. That's what ours is. We are in Harrison, but not far outside the city (before the lake and park). We are on EPB, but I think out past the park it is Volunteer Electric.

Ooh, good to know... I had not even come across that water company in my internet searches.

You are correct about the electric - I emailed Volunteer Electric and they are definitely the ones who service that area.

Would be nice if my realtor had actually gotten this info from the seller instead of just telling me who she "thought" it "should" be :/

Ok, I just called Eastside and they said it should be Savannah Valley for water. Glad I finally got all that figured out!
