Hey there. Just saw your post, it may be old but thought I would reply. The home in the pic below was actually ours being built! We are good friends with the owner of this neighborhood and he built us a great house! WE were the only house there for 2 years and now in the last 6 months there are 10! There are several builders now building in the neighborhood and all the lots are 1 acre. We love it there--tons of space and a great neighborhood! You won't be disappointed!

Hello L.L.: We took that hill top road recently & saw more construction going on .. Also I believe the builder made the big houses near Steve landing Marina, & now also the big gated waterfront point at end of Armstrong road. Cant remember the name now. river-View (?) they all have boat docks on the channel.

25 to 45 minutes depending on how deep into Soddy you go. Super easy commute though. Just hop on Hwy 27 (Kind of our version an Autobahn
) and head straight into downtown. I know people that live 20 miles out and only have one stop light between them and downtown
