Florida doesn't have traffic? You are plain out of your mind and have NO idea what you are talking about. South Florida roads are complete gridlock, even in the pay HOV lanes. Yes, you have to pay a toll to get in the less crowded HOV lanes there. I get out all the time in Chattanooga, and have never encountered traffic here at any time on any road unless there was an accident. Maybe you need to get out more to other cities in the US and see what traffic really is.

Signal Mountain, for the most part, is an upper-class community but I hold my breath every time I go up or down that mountain. There are some hair-raising curves. Ooltewah is actually not an incorporated city but a sprawling area where you can find nice homes but it is more middle-class. Nearby Collegedale has a university that offers bachelor's and master's degrees and produces a large number of nursing graduates. It is also home to the McKee Bakery, which produces Little Debbie and other products. It is a quiet city with law-abiding people, most of whom are well educated, and there are some nice housing developments. Approximately half the population of 7000+ are members of the Seventh-day Adventist church and the Collegedale Village Market offers healthy food choices found at few if any other places in the Chattanooga area.
